Nice hotel with nice staff and in the middle of the center.

I found the hotel of new style very well appointed The first room was too noisy but the staff sorted it well and without difficulty Very pleasant stay

I gave me feedback to the two ladies at the front desk, oh if the thing I didn’t say is maybe offering a shuttle service Given that you are 4 stars and u can maybe increase your rates if you need to. 1) allow in person check with staff 2) add a member of staff downstairs in the spa 3) as per above voila

We loved our stay at hotel Verbier! It was in a great location, well designed, and an amazing spa. The ski room was also wonderful. The room was a tad bit small, but other than that, it was perfect!

The hotel and rooms are lovely and the staff were helpful. The champagne and chocolate over New Year’s Eve was a lovely touch. Thank you for a nice stay. Two pieces of feedback 1) the temperature in the rooms was consistently too warm and it is unfortunately too noisy outside to leave windows open. 2) the quality of the bread and fruit at breakfast leaves room for improvement.

Great experience overall and Intenso excellent food and service (much better than Nonna) - but when we had asked if the hotel has its own parking the reception person confirmed - but the parking was in fact the public one (not a problem but be precise)

Our 2nd time here over new year and excellent once again. Fantastic location and rooms - have booked again for next year already!

Everyone was amazing and took such good care of our family. I would not stay anywhere else in Verbier. My sincere gratitude to all of the managers (Paola, Linnea, and Julieta - my apologies for all whose name I have missed!) at the front desk who worked hard to take care of our needs during the most busy time. The hospitality given was second to no other hotel I have ever stayed at. Also of note, easily the cleanest hotels I have stayed at outside of Japan. Thank you all again for a great Christmas and New Year break. We’ll be back!
