Loved your staff, your rooms and Intenso. The street noise from the “overserved” people from 1 until 4 a.m. was really intolerable. Room #112… Not your fault and out of your control but not to sleep in what I consider a fairly expensive stay was a BIG bummer. It’s is the only reason I would not stay again.

We enjoyed very much our stay, the only suggestion would be to upgrade the breakfast with some more items to choose, like some additional assortment of fruit (apples, bananas, oranges...) and cold meats (prosciutto, salame...). We are looking forward to our next visit!

We enjoyed our ski vacation to Verbier. The hotel location is excellent. It is right in the middle of town. It was a short walk to the ski lift but we took the town bus rather than carry our ski equipment. The bus stop is right outside the hotel. We were able to check our skis and boots at the cable car location for just 8 CHF per day. We enjoyed the included breakfast each morning. The food was wonderful and the restaurant staff are the best. After skiing we used the spa which includes a hot tub, sauna and steam room. Our only suggestion is that the hot tub water should be hotter. Check out worked great. The reception was able to keep our bags until we finished skiing and we then loaded them up in our car for our return trip.
