An excellent stay again!

We really had a great experience at the hotel. It didn’t start well, since the room we had was a little noisy and on the first night our neighbor was incredibly annoying, keeping us awake all night long. Nevertheless, the hotel staff reacted wonderfully giving us a refund for the first night and a change of room that suited completely our wishes. We recommend this wonderful hotel to make your stay at Verbier an incredible one!!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit im Hotel de Verbier. Sehr schön und geschmackvolle Einrichtung, sehr Service-orientiertes und überaus freundliches Personal vor allem an der Reception, aber auch im ganzen Haus, sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant und ein toller Skikeller haben unseren Urlaub zu einem ganz besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Vielen herzlichen Dank ans ganze Team und vor allem an Paola!
