What a trip!! What a town!! What a hotel!!! Even breaking my arm on the first day at Verbier, we had a dream vacation. The employees were fantastic, in fact, everyone we met in Verbier was. Our mountain guide/instructor, Martin and mountain safety patrol, Tanya, were fantastic and very professional when I broke arm on the top of y Je mountain. I have surgery scheduled for later this week, the recovery and physical therapy so hopefully I can return next year to Verbier and the Hotel De Verbier. Definitely one of the treasures of the world!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfection. The hotel itself is such high quality construction and furnishings and the location was perfect for getting to the slopes and restaurants. The staff made all the difference in our vacation. Julietta and Linnea and Paulo were so fantastic and helpful prior to our stay and every day during our 7 day stay. I cannot rave enough about these woman. The breakfasts were amazing each day as was the staff. We returned to a spotless room each evening. We will be back!!

Very charming and great restaurant

Having booked a last minute holiday, we were lucky to have found Hotel de Verbier. The staff were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The rooms were very clean and the facilities excellent. We made use of the gym, steam room, hammam and jacuzzi. It was also great having a heated locker for skis and ski boots at the end of the day. The restaurant which is attached to the Hotel, Intenso, was excellent. We ended up eating there quite a lot as it was so easy and the staff even got to know what we liked. The only thing that would have made it perfect, was the breakfast. It would have been great to have a more varied menu. But all in all this does not stop us giving the hotel 5*. If holidaying in Verbier again, we would definitely stay at Hotel de Verbier.

Amazing hotel in a central location. Understated luxurious decor, superb service from the front desk, to the restaurant to the rooms. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Boot room secure and with capacity for helmets and gloves as well as skis and boots. Spa lovely with adjoining gym. So relaxing. Honestly, we could not have had a better stay.

I found the hotel of new style very well appointed The first room was too noisy but the staff sorted it well and without difficulty Very pleasant stay

I gave me feedback to the two ladies at the front desk, oh if the thing I didn’t say is maybe offering a shuttle service Given that you are 4 stars and u can maybe increase your rates if you need to. 1) allow in person check with staff 2) add a member of staff downstairs in the spa 3) as per above voila

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfection. The hotel itself is such high quality construction and furnishings and the location was perfect for getting to the slopes and restaurants.
