We had a great time at Hotel de Verbier. Staff were very accommodating and professional. The hotel is in a great location and is well laid out. Breakfasts were really good. Our room was a tad small but adeqate. Overall very happy indeed, we will be back!

We booked into your hotel very last minute for Christmas. It's a fabulous location and the rooms are lovely and very comfortable. There was a slight confusion with one room and we were offered an upgrade (I'm not quite sure why my husband declined it!!) There was also a problem with the ski locker keycard not working, but your receptionist was really helpful and kind and we got it sorted out. We would love to come and stay again.... Thank you.

Recently renovated it comes with nicely appointed rooms with great views into the surrounding mountain panorama. But what makes this hotel truly exceptional is their customer service which stands a class apart from other hotels anywhere.
