Superb hotel, great staff. Always a pleasure to be back

Room was beautiful, attention to detail great, staff friendly, amenities well above average. Only major issue was that you can’t control the temperature in your room. Even after calling down multiple times, we had to sleep with windows and doors open every night. Plus it is unsafe (being in Floor 1). As mentioned above, every other aspect of the hotel was wonderful. Given how much time is spent in a hotel room trying to sleep and the issues we faced being hot, the lack of temperature control could be reason enough not to come back.

Was excellent and so cosy. It’s so central and the wellness and spa is very nice. For sure I‘ll come back. Paola makes a great job and she is so kind. Regards Pedro

We loved our stay, the quality of the place, Nonna's, and the flexibility to accomodate this guy who wakes early, left my wife and I, and our friends feeling like we chose the perfect spot. Thank you so much, we'll be back. Steve and Georgia

Amazing hotel, amazing staff, great food, no complaints

Great hotel with: - very good breakfast with many a la carte options like eggs, porridge, waffles - great location with bus to ski lift just outside the door (shuttle leaves every 5 min) - nice and helpful staff - cozy rooms with really nice interior design
