We could not have enjoyed our stay more. The hotel staff were exceptional, we were warmly welcomed and then extremely well looked after. Particular thanks to the team in the restaurant and at the bar, who were all absolutely delightful and very impressive given how busy it was. The hotel is incredibly comfortable and immaculate, we loved our 4 days and wish we could have stayed for longer. Thank you very much indeed.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel: the breakfast was excellent and your staff very kind and helpful. The only thing we missed was the balcony, which looked so nice on the picture of the room showed on internet… Otherwise we were perfectly happy with the room. Best regards, Ursula & Alexej

Beautiful room, exceptionally well maintained. Friendly staff who couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was ok, this could be improved.

Hotel room was very good and the room cleaning service was done to a high standard. The breakfast option was average compared to 4 star hotels we have stayed in. Although we didnt eat in your restaurant we didnt like the look of the menu when we looked at it and the reviews were not good on trip advisor. Paula on reception was excellent and helped us on a few occasions and made us feel very welcome and gave us the impression that nothing was too much trouble.

Hard to find fault in Hotel de Verbier; perhaps only that it was very expensive. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Really cool spa including the chance to step outside from the sauna and cool down in the snow! Location is really top notch with bars, food and ski bus stop just a few metres away. We’d go back for sure, but would try to book earlier since the last minute room rates were really exorbitant. Thanks to the management and team for helping us and hosting our lovely family holiday.

Hotel is new and most important for me was that I was not disturbed by Staff and management at all! Everything works!!! Nice small spa, nice view and for sure best location!!! I would suggest to pay little bit more attention to breakfast. Waiters do not care much if everything is going good. It happens that some type of a food is finishes and they do not care. Or they can forget to bring fruits….

HDV was an incredible stay. Amazing location, great staff, beautiful rooms and facilities as well as lots of special touches that made us feel really valued. We had one issue with a lost booking for our NYE dinner but the owner was incredible in making up for it and the customer service was impeccable. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to others.
