We were overall pleased with our stay. Our room was large enough for two and very comfortable. We also appreciated the extra-large bathtub and the modern bathroom design. The tea/coffee machine is also very appreciated. The breakfast is excellent as is the restaurant and its staff. The only drawback was the noise outside on Friday night, but we are aware that this is due to the central position of the hotel and hard to avoid. We hope to come back next year. Very friendly and helpful employees. Nice Nordic design. Rooms (standard) a little small. Next time we will book one of the larger rooms in the corners of the building. We had a very good stay at your hotel and will be back. All the best Barbara Zehnder and Christian Schoenenberger

Nice place Stylish rooms Very good room service, thank you We booked 6 weeks in advance an attic room with balcony, which was then not available, even we have seen on the picture that there are rooms with balcony. At least we got a good alternative on the second floor.

Service im Restaurant ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Reception sehr freundlich, Wartezeiten sind üblich, da nur eine Person an der Reception ist. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist. es gibt kaum die Möglichkeit vor dem Hotel anzuhalten um das Gepäck auszuladen. Dass auch keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen, wäre für uns ein Grund das Hotel nicht mehr zu wählen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön.

Really good customer service: We had to leave for a race early and breakfast opened specially for us at 5:15am! The reception did an impeccable job welcoming us and taking care of our belongings (and we were a bit demanding due to the race). Thanks a lot!

We fully enjoyed our stay at Hotel de Verbier and we will choose your Hotel once more another year when we come again to the Festival! The rooms are cosy, confortable and well decorated, the only thing that could be improved would be in the bathroom where a shelf or a little table would be welcomed as there is no space at all to leave lotion, creams, hairbrush or whatever!
